Using the app

You may use Mamacita Meals for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Instacart and third parties

Mamacita Meals can connect to Instacart so you can order groceries. Instacart is an independent third party. Orders, prices, substitutions, delivery, and payments are governed by Instacart's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for products, availability, pricing, or service provided by Instacart or any store.

Accuracy

We work to keep recipes, nutrient information, and food-safety notes accurate and current, but we do not guarantee they are complete or error free. Always check ingredient labels and confirm anything you are unsure about with your provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamacita Meals and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on the meal plans or information it provides.
